I just watched Micheeal Moore’s “Sicko” documentary and learned that the French have free universal healthcare and extremely cheap daycare. I’m a single mother of a two year old and only she has health coverage right now. I’m also a part time college student. Is it really true that you can get a free college education in France? I currently live in St. Louis, MO. How would the expense of living compare? How many dollars are in a pound? And is it hard to learn French? Would life be better there for my daughter and I? I’m only 25 and don’t really have any reason to stay in the United States.
