I’m using a macbook and trying to use Yahoo messenger to talk to my kids, who use MSN messenger. But can’t seem to add them to my contacts. ( They all have Hotmail addresses) Is this at all possible. Thanks for any help.

There is a program called Trillian that is able to connect quite a few various IM programs.
Do a google for Trillian and then just download. You can then download all your Yahoo adress book or MSN address book into Trillian.
Very easy to do and a very basic program that works well.
