Simply go to http://passport.msn.com & register a new account for yourself.
If you want to run 2MSN Messengers simultaneously then you need to patch the MSN Messenger for Multiple Instances as normally it wont allow two simultaneous copies running.
Just visit: http://www.mess.be & as per your MSN Messengers version, download the patch.
The patch also removes ads & adds many other interesting hidden features which helps the MSN Messenger usability.
try using another chat client compatible with msn like pidgin(http://www.pidgin.im/) one of you on msn the other on pidgen

You need to set-up a new account with the link below and then set-up a new user’s account on the computer. Go to control panel to users and setup a new user account.
Use the create new user option at the MSN boot screen.
