Technically speaking, you cant. You need a hotmail or MSN email address to do so, but there are programs (like Meebo) that run off the browser that let you log in. Though I dont know if it will let you log into Windows Live Messenger (MSN) with a Yahoo! addy.
Yahoo! is for Yahoo!, MSN is for MSN. The only way you can cross them is by having a Yahoo! contact in your MSN Messenger and visa versa.
